About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of our care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence
  • Support and manage staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services
  • Undertake direct work with children and young people as required
  • Manage child protection concerns and complaints
  • Work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people
  • Provide supervision and support to senior staff
Requirements
  • Diploma 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Working towards or holds a level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare
  • Current driving license
  • 1 year's relevant supervisory experience in the care sector
