Job Title: Distribution Admin Coordinator

Small Luxury Hotels of the World Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Admin Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Distribution team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reservation platform, driving reservations to hotels seamlessly, and providing exceptional customer service to our hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot CRS interface integrations with PMS, RMS, and Channel Managers.
  • Maintain the quality of the SLH Central Reservation System SynXis and provide technical support to Revenue Account Managers and Hoteliers.
  • Monitor the SLH Helpdesk and action all queries from member hotels and SLH Team members in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle requests for set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the OTAs Channel Connect functionality within the SLH reservation system.
  • Prepare and update supporting documents, manuals, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Assist with loading SLH marketing programmes (rates) within the SLH reservation system.
  • Support the Product Integration team with the new SLH hotels build process.
  • Assist with ad-hoc Distribution opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of at least one major PMS.
  • Working knowledge of at least one major Channel Management system.
  • Previous experience of at least one PMS/CMCRS interface implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Desirable Skills:
  • Working knowledge of SHS SynXis CR.
  • Working knowledge of a RMS and GDS and/or other travel distribution systems.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and preferably also Word and PowerPoint.
  • Great analytical abilities to interpret statistical data and thorough attention to detail.
  • Confident and able to speak to hotels, often in technical terms and in stressful circumstances.
  • Flexible approach to working hours to ensure completion of projects.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with a strong ability to self-manage.
  • Preferably qualified with a bachelor's degree and with at least 3 years' experience in the hotel industry (ideally within the luxury sector), preferably Front of House customer service and/or reservation/revenue.
  • Fluent in English and with a second language (preferable).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working Arrangements:

Office Based (flexible working hours). In Victoria, London, UK.
