Responsibilities:
  • Selling life insurance products to customers
  • Providing advice on a range of life insurance products
  • Managing your own pipeline
  • Updating our CRM system accurately
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Cross-selling and upselling
  • Dealing with customers through email and phone
  • Diarying call backs
  • Working to sales targets and KPIs, while keeping in line with FCA compliance regulations
Requirements:
  • Must be 21-24 years of age (due to grant funding eligibility)
  • Proven sales background
  • Ideal experience in insurance or financial services, but not essential
  • Driven and tenacious
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to overcome objections
  • Works well in a team environment

  • Potential of 4% annual salary increase each year, with an extra day's holiday for each year worked (subject to manager's review)
