About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Lead Test Equipment Engineer to join our team and work on exciting Radar and Surveillance projects. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving technical solution development within a multi-disciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in test equipment design and development, with experience in leading technical teams. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to foster relationships and networks within and outside the line of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Drive technical solution development within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Capture and analyse stakeholder needs, associating priority, interest, influence and trading-off needs to determine optimum capability to solve stakeholders' problems.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure architecture alignment with other elements of the programme.


Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science, and significant experience in test equipment design and development. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
