Healthcare Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

Award-winning Recruitment agency PE Global Healthcare is seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our Nursing team in our Central London Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using various methods, including job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms.
  • Involved in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage large-scale clients and maintain accurate records of candidates and clients in the PE Global internal database.
  • Utilize recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management techniques to drive results.

Requirements:

  • Notable experience in a recruitment agency, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Professional, proactive, and self-driven approach to recruitment and career development.
