Job Overview

We are seeking a Principal Health and Safety Management Consultant to join our team at The Health & Safety Partnership. As a leading risk management consultancy, we work with clients across various sectors to provide solutions in Operational Risk, Compliance, and Health and Safety. This role requires you to be based in London for approximately 2-3 days per month.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as an Advisor to client accounts, providing strategic, problem-solving expertise and solutions to help them achieve excellence in Health and Safety. You will lead and deliver Health and Safety programs through consulting and technical excellence, develop and implement operational risk and compliance management systems, and mentor junior team members.

This is a remote role that offers the flexibility to work autonomously while being part of a larger team. We are looking for someone with significant experience in a consultancy environment, preferably working with clients in Financial Services, Healthcare, Hospitality, Logistics, Retail, Technology, and Commercial property sectors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, IT, and project management skills. Additionally, holding or working towards CMIOSH status is essential. A fire safety qualification would be beneficial but not necessary.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including pension, life insurance, health insurance, and a training bursary. Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
