As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will be part of a team that provides personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. Key Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as preparing meals and helping with personal care
- Supporting clients with their evening routines, including 'tuck-in' visits
- Providing home help and assistance with household tasks
- Ensuring clients can remain independent in their own homes
Requirements and Benefits
- No experience or qualifications are required, just a passion for making a positive difference
- Competitive rates of pay, starting at £12.25 on weekdays and £13.50 on weekends
- Guaranteed hours built around your availability
- Optional overtime opportunities
- Mileage payment of 45p per mile
- Minimum of an hour visit per client
- Travel time between clients with flexibility depending on the distance of travel
