We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Westerfield Care Home, a 62-bed facility providing nursing and residential care for individuals with dementia and old age.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, prioritizing their physical and mental well-being.
- Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring safe and effective work practices.
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans, adhering to NMC guidelines and company policy.
- Administer prescribed medications, document administration, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in quality assurance systems, promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.
- Qualified and registered with the NMC as RGN/RMN.
- Experience in elderly and dementia care environments.
- Confident in all areas of care planning and delivery.
- Able to work a flexible shift pattern.
- Satisfactory CRB/DBS checks.
- Competitive pay £20/hr (plus annual pay reviews) + £4 enhanced rate for hours worked above contracted.
- 28 days holiday (FTE) (including bank holidays).
