Key Responsibilities:
  • Mortgage Advice: Provide tailored mortgage advice to clients purchasing new build properties, ensuring they receive the best possible mortgage solutions.
  • Client Support: Work closely with clients to guide them through the mortgage process, from initial consultation to completion.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest mortgage products, competitive interest rates, and government initiatives affecting the new build market.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure clients receive the best possible mortgage solutions.
  • Client Communication: Provide ongoing support and updates to clients throughout the process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements:
  • CeMAP Qualification: Hold a CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and have a deep understanding of mortgage products and regulations.
  • Experience: Proven experience in mortgage advising, specifically in the new build sector, with a strong track record of delivering results.
