About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Leader to join our team at Orbis Education and Care. As a leader in providing tailored care and education, we empower individuals with autism and other complex needs to achieve their happiest, most fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of care, inclusion, and quality for all residents by championing the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework.
  • Create a vibrant, person-centred environment that puts the well-being and life quality of service users at the heart of all activities.
  • Conduct monthly monitoring, maintain Home Improvement Plans, and ensure action plans are implemented effectively.
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar setting, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices for organisational compliance.
