**Job Title:** Assistive Technology Response Team Member

**Estimated Salary:** £24,764.70 per annum

**Location:** Medway

We are seeking an experienced Assistive Technology Response Team Member to join our operations team at Clarity Recruiting. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to assistive technology calls, ensuring the well-being of vulnerable individuals.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess a genuine passion for helping others, particularly those with disabilities or health issues.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to assistive technology calls, offering reassurance and coordinating necessary assistance.
  • Conduct routine equipment tests and report any technical issues to the appropriate manager promptly.
  • Manage emergency calls from Council Out of Hours services, following established protocols and documenting actions taken.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • General education, including GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Good coordination and dexterity in managing CCTV systems and computer-based tasks.
