Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at DAKAR LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for estimating and cost planning, as well as awarding sub-contracts and managing main contracts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Precontract:

    1. Estimate and plan costs for construction projects.
    2. Award sub-contracts to reliable suppliers.
    3. Manage main contracts to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  2. Post Contract:

    1. Prepare monthly valuations and cash flow forecasts.
    2. Value sub-contracts and agree final accounts with suppliers.
    3. Manage overall final account agreements with clients.
    4. Ensure contractor QS experience and relevant degree in Quantity Surveying.
    5. Experience essential in NEC and JCT forms of contract.
    6. Hold a full driving license.
    7. Be willing to learn and grow with our team.


Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience in NEC and JCT forms of contract.
  • Full driving license.
