Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, service, and maintain high-quality machinery and equipment for blue chip companies in the UK and overseas.
  • Develop expertise on all machinery, including installation of new equipment, and provide technical support to clients.
  • Offer training to clients on machinery operation and maintenance.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in Field Service work.
  • Engineering qualification preferred.
  • Strong enthusiasm for engineering and customer service.
  • Full driving license.
  • Understanding of PLC and PC-based control hardware and software.
  • Availability to work one Saturday and Sunday per month for customer support and potential breakdowns.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary of £38,000 (OTE £45,000 to £50,000).
  • 24 days annual leave.
  • 37.5 hour week.

  • Overtime rates: 1.5x after 8 hours, 1.5x on Saturdays, and 2x on Sundays.
