Join Our Board: Clinical and Finance Trustees

We are seeking two exceptional individuals to join our Board of Trustees, bringing expertise in clinical governance and finance to support our mission of recovery from drugs and alcohol.

About Us

Phoenix Futures is a leading provider of residential, community, prison, and specialist services across the UK, dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey of recovery. Our team of experts understands the complex interplay between psychological factors and social environments, and we strive to provide holistic support to aid recovery.

Our Vision

We aim to appoint a new clinical trustee, who will also serve on our Clinical Governance Committee, and a new finance trustee, who will join our Audit, Control, and Investment Committee. These individuals will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction, management, and control of Phoenix Futures, contributing to strategy formulation, risk management, and internal control.

Responsibilities

As a Board member, you will be expected to attend all Board meetings, which typically take place in London SE1, with the option to join virtually. You will also participate in our annual Strategy Review away day, requiring an overnight stay. Additionally, we encourage Board members to visit our services throughout the year, which may involve overnight stays.

Requirements

We seek individuals with a deep understanding of the legal duties, responsibilities, and liabilities of trusteeship, as well as specific professional knowledge, experience, and skills in clinical governance or finance.
