Recovery Worker

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Recovery Worker - Mental Health to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental illness. With a focus on rehabilitation plans, you will provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with clients, staff, and external agencies to deliver high-quality support services.
• Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions, enhancing your skills and knowledge in mental health support.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of mutual respect, dignity, and inclusivity within the workplace.
