Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate carer rotas, ensuring efficient scheduling and taking into account customer preferences, locations, and staff availability.
  • Resource Management: Manage carer annual leave, ensuring sufficient and consistent carer cover for customers.
  • IT System Updates: Keep internal IT systems updated with changes in carers on an ongoing basis.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's domiciliary care experience.
  • Own car and live within the local area.
  • Strong planning and communication skills.
  • Confident team player and great communicator.
