Job Title: Nanny for Twins with ASD

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and caring Nanny to provide high-quality childcare for our 7-year-old twins who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that allows the children to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one care and support to the twins, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the children's interests and needs, including outdoor play, music, and dance.
  • Assist with daily routines, such as meal preparation, laundry, and household chores related to the children's care.
  • Establish a daily schedule that balances structured activities with free play and relaxation time.
  • Communicate effectively with the children's parents to ensure a smooth and consistent approach to their care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with ASD or similar conditions.
  • Paediatric First Aid Certificate and DBS check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including school holidays and occasional late nights.
