Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the setup and execution of programmatic and direct campaigns for our customers.
  • Support the campaign management team in their daily tasks, including availability requests, creating campaign evaluations, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, handling administrative tasks associated with launching campaigns.
  • Actively monitor all assigned campaigns, optimizing against deliverable goals, and providing recommendations for optimal performance against KPIs.
  • Advise internal sales departments on campaign conception and ad serving guidelines.
  • Mediate amongst individual departments, including Sales, Digital Media Strategy, Project Management, Creatives, and client partners.
  • Support the launch of our new Sales System Globalization Project (SSG):
  • Participate in the creation of the digital product catalogue.
  • Update the setting in the AdServer GAM.
  • Validate existing campaigns.
  • Onboard and adopt new system, workflow, and processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of Ad Operations/Campaign Management experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Ad Manager (GAM) is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with Excel, comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
