Job Description

This role involves working in an inpatient setting, primarily at Caithness General Hospital, where you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various conditions. You will also contribute to the development of physiotherapy services and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members
  • Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in clinical leadership and physiotherapy practice.

We offer a competitive salary range of £43,919 - £52,066 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
