Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Argyle Community Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and commercial success of our multifaceted facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate pre-sales, sales, and partnerships for the site.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure all aspects of the hub are effectively advertised and marketed.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to ensure services remain competitive and relevant.
- Act as the primary contact for high-value clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business.
- Regularly assess the quality-of-service delivery across all areas, ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are maintained at a high standard.
Requirements:
- Managing experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
