Key Responsibilities



  • Develop comprehensive quality control protocols to ensure academic excellence.
  • Lead preparation for external inspections and manage compliance documentation.
  • Review and update quality assurance strategies to meet educational standards.
  • Drive the completion of Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) and Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
  • Collaborate with curriculum teams to enhance teaching practices and promote academic rigor.
  • Analyse feedback from learners and employers to inform continuous improvements.
  • Conduct regular teaching and assessment audits, providing actionable feedback to drive growth.
  • Coordinate with external accreditation bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Analyse performance data and present findings to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Attend office three times a week for effective communication and process oversight.


Contract Details



  • Type: Full-time, Permanent.
  • Location: Warwickshire, with required office presence.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, reflective of qualifications and experience.
