About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Komplex Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injury, learning disabilities, mental health, and ventilation requirements.
  • Assist with medication administration, bladder wash, bowel management, and other essential care tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with our Operations Manager and Registered Manager to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.

Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
