About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Worker to join our team at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing in Doncaster. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of professional UK care experience and a strong understanding of Autism and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the service user with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Develop a positive relationship with the service user, their family, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage challenging behaviours using effective communication strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of professional UK care experience.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism and challenging behaviours.
  • Able to attend Safety Intervention training provided by Sugarman Health and Wellbeing.
  • Correct compliance documents, updated right to work, and original DBS certificate.
