Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Sodexo is seeking a talented Diversity and Inclusion Administrator to join our team at HMP Peterborough.
We are passionate about fostering a workplace culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This role requires someone with excellent administrative skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, to support the work of our Diversity and Inclusion team.
Responsibilities include:
- Collecting complaints and processing DIRFs for investigation
- DIRF administration
- Taking minutes for forums and meetings, assisting with all D&I administration
- Researching and planning for Diversity and Inclusion events, in line with the local calendar
- Supporting prisoners where required around diversity and inclusion
- Compiling data, e.g., the complaint logs
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Administration
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English is required
- Respect for diversity and a non-judgmental approach are essential
The salary for this role is £23,400 per annum.
