About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team at JJF Associates in Central London. As a key member of our Secondary Education desk, you will be responsible for proactively conducting sales calls to schools to grow our business and sell candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service levels are maintained
  • Carry out school visits to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • Experience in a recruitment or teaching education setting, preferably in Secondary Education
  • Certificate of Higher Education or equivalent qualification
  • Teaching experience, preferably 1 year or more
