We are seeking an experienced Lead Therapist to join our team at Cowshed Spa Primrose Hill. As a Lead Therapist, you will be responsible for leading a passionate team of therapists who strive to provide exceptional customer service and make our clients and members feel amazing.

• Lead a team of therapists to deliver high-quality treatments and services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and members
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a unique experience for each client
• Recommend products and services to clients and members
• Maintain high standards of treatment service and retail recommendations
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

• NVQ level 2 or 3, ITEC, VTCT
• Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for making others feel better
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
