Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking Management, Refurbishment & Demolition Asbestos Surveys in accordance with UKAS guidelines, including 4 Stage Clearances, Personal, Background, Leak & Reassurance Air Monitoring. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and building strong Client relationships, preparing thorough technical reports, and travelling across the North West of England as required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake surveys to identify asbestos-containing materials in buildings
  2. Conduct 4 Stage Clearances and personal air monitoring
  3. Maintain excellent Client relationships through effective communication and reporting
  4. Prepare detailed technical reports for Clients
  5. Travel throughout the North West of England as needed

RequirementsThe ideal candidate must hold BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent) and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A professional and hardworking work ethic is essential for this role. The estimated salary range for this position is £26k - £40k + Training & Benefits, reflecting the demands and responsibilities associated with the role.
