About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bank Staff Nurse to join our team at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts across our client Trusts in England, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, ensuring timely and effective care.
  • Check symptoms and vital signs, and arrange diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Display excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations.
  • Work effectively as a team member, promoting interdisciplinary relationships and contributing to a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an A&E hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and maintain current nursing practices.
