About the Role

As an Ecologist Leader, you'll be responsible for leading and managing ecological surveys, licensing, and impact assessments for our clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop high-quality bids and tenders, oversee project delivery, and ensure that our clients receive exceptional ecological consultancy and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ecological surveys, licensing, and impact assessments for our clients.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality bids and tenders for ecological services.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  • Provide expert ecological advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring that their projects meet the required environmental standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and managing ecological surveys, licensing, and impact assessments.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of relevant wildlife conservation and habitat management principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel to client sites.
