As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading our care and nursing teams to ensure we meet the medical, physical, and emotional needs of the people we support.
You will provide strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the unit's care and nursing teams to ensure high standards of care are maintained
- Providing strong leadership to drive continuous improvement and quality care
- Overseeing and managing all clinical elements and risks on the unit
- Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner
- Acting as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you
- Supervising and managing the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication
You will be a natural role model with the ability to manage a team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Associates, and Health Care Assistants.
