The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading fundraising teams, developing successful Major Gifts strategies, and securing significant donations from major donors, trusts, and foundations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Major Gifts strategy to drive income growth from international grants and capital fundraising.
- Managing a team of fundraisers and providing guidance on Major Gifts techniques and best practices.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to secure significant donations.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £62,593 per annum, depending on location and experience.
