About the Role

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure design team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and high-profile projects, leading and mentoring junior staff, and engaging with clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor junior staff in civil infrastructure design projects
  • Engage with clients and build industry partnerships
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for infrastructure projects
  • Manage and review reports, designs, and drawings to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Support the preparation of fee proposals and manage budgets
  • Act as a key contact for clients
Requirements
  • HNC or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Appropriate industry experience
  • Positive and practical approach to engineering
  • Technical leadership skills
  • Experience in taking a lead role in small-to-medium-sized infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in software such as PDS, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage
