This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about administration and has a practical approach to problem-solving. As a Project Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Projects Director and Project Managers in delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Provide administrative support to up to 40 live projects with budgets ranging from £100,000 to £1.5 million.
  • Contract Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract folders, including procurement, finance, and progress information.
  • Communication: Liaise between site, procurement, and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Analysis: Assist in project analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Progress Monitoring: Work closely with site and project teams to understand progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate purchase and payment records, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • General Administration: Provide general administrative support and perform various ad hoc duties as required.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent attention to detail, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a construction or engineering business is an advantage, but not essential.
