We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Concierge to join our team at mhs homes. As a key member of our Foyer team, you'll provide weekend and evening cover, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our young adult residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor access to the building and handle out-of-hours security
- Be the first point of contact for advice and support when support officers are not on site
- Manage the building overnight and at weekends, maintaining a high-quality and responsive concierge service
- Experience working with young people with complex support needs
- Knowledge of welfare benefits and lone working principles
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references and medical fitness confirmation
