SalaryThe salary for this role is £24,000 > (Basic) + Commission. This can lead to realistic earnings of £35,000 - £40,000+ in Year 1, and £40,000 and above from Year 2 Onwards.
Job DescriptionThis is a pivotal role in our ongoing success as a Business Development Executive. You will generate new business leads and sales appointments within our target markets by proactively engaging with potential clients and offering insights into our products and services through various channels.
You will work independently towards set KPI's and targets to drive towards your primary goal, which is to engage prospects, identify their needs, and promote our products or services, ultimately driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for individuals experienced in business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales, recent graduates interested in pursuing a sales career, or those looking to transition into a sales role.
