Burnview Healthcare is a family-run care home that specializes in providing high-quality care to residents with dementia, nursing, and residential needs. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as washing, toileting, and dressing, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as washing, toileting, and dressing
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal times and provide support with eating and drinking
- Participate in social activities and events to promote resident engagement and well-being
- Report any concerns or issues to senior staff members
Requirements
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Willingness to participate in vocational training programmes
