**Job Summary**

As a GrandFlex Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to children in our nurseries. You will work closely with our team to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes children's learning and development.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities and experiences that promote children's learning and development.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
* Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**

* Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
* Experience working with children in a nursery setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
