Durham, Durham, United Kingdom Netskope Full time

About Netskope

Netskope, a leading provider of cloud security solutions, helps organizations protect their data by applying zero-trust principles. Our cutting-edge solutions redefine cloud, network, and data security, empowering businesses to stay ahead in today's fast-paced digital landscape.

In recent years, we've seen the traditional network perimeter dissolve as data and users increasingly reside outside the enterprise. To address this shift, we founded Netskope, aiming to create a new perimeter built in the cloud that follows and protects data wherever it goes.

Since 2012, we've established ourselves as the market-leading cloud security company, driven by a culture of excellence and innovation. This is an exceptional opportunity for sales professionals with a proven track record of dominating their territory and making a lasting impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take an active role in your region's customer success, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly, escalating cross-functionally when necessary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Solutions/System Engineer, showcasing a proven ability to present technical information at the business executive or architect level.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering satisfaction, even in challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in systems installation, configuration, and administration of Linux, MacOS, and Windows-based systems.
  • Proficiency in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS such as Android and iOS.
  • Hands-on experience with information security solutions like Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, remote access, site-to-site VPN technologies, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regex expressions.
  • Experience working with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN deployments and integrations.
  • Familiarity with Public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Travel within the region.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python and REST API frameworks.
  • Agile Scrum Certification (CSPO, CSM, or CSP) or Project Management Certification (PMP).
  • Advanced network technology certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP).

Education:

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree; preference given to computer science or related degrees. Netskope prioritizes its employees' privacy and adheres to Netskope's Privacy Policy.
