Our client is a leading construction firm specializing in new build residential dwellings. As they embark on an exciting new build RC frame development, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Engineer to join our client's dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, planning, and execution of our new build reinforced concrete (RC) frame development. You will lead engineering efforts, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  1. Lead the design and analysis of RC frame structures, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to develop innovative solutions and optimize designs.
  3. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  4. Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  5. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  7. Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on reinforced concrete frame systems.
  3. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
  4. Proficient in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, etc.).
  5. In-depth knowledge of building codes, design standards, and construction methodologies.
