Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a Sheffield-based heavy engineering company to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Electrician. The successful candidate will work on a continental shift pattern, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs and planned maintenance on all plant equipment
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the planning of maintenance work is completed
  • Collaborate with the team to implement Predictive and Planned Maintenance techniques
  • Conduct new installations and ensure compliance with 17th edition regulations
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained electrician with a strong understanding of electrical installations
  • Experience with heavy industrial equipment and hot work environments
  • Knowledge of predictive and planned maintenance techniques
  • Good fault-finding skills on both DC and AC controls
