We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at IQUW Group in London / Hybrid.

IQUW Group is a leading specialty (re)insurer at Lloyd's, underwriting a diverse range of Property, Commercial and Speciality (re)insurance products from Cargo and Marine to Political Violence, Terror and War. The Job

This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in driving greater growth in our specialist business areas. You will be responsible for building the IQUW brand, working with the business and using the full marketing mix to cost-effectively develop awareness and affinity for IQUW, whilst creating demand for IQUW products amongst the target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise awareness of the IQUW brand in the marketplace
  • Drive the reputation of and consideration for key products amongst the target audience
  • Understand our brokers and customers' pain points and needs
  • Own the IQUW brand proposition and oversee the implementation of the value proposition, positioning and messaging for IQUW's products
  • Develop IQUW's marketing strategy
  • Build, develop and manage the lifecycle of the external marketing plan and communication schedule
  • Use the full marketing mix to create stand-out, engaging content through email, events, partner marketing, influencer marketing, organic and paid digital advertising, lead-gen campaigns, social media, website content, PR and blogs
  • Run digitally led, integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, including content development
  • Support underwriter and claims teams in the development of assets
  • Lead and develop existing partnerships

Requirements:

  • Experience in business-to-business marketing communications, go-to-market campaigns or an acquisition role
  • Strong digital marketing experience and knowledge of trends and best practice
  • Meticulous organisational and planning skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, self-motivated, proactive and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to move fast and react to the business' needs
  • Clear understanding of how to develop differentiated value propositions, positioning and messaging in a crowded market
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering stand-out integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable strategic ability and commercial thinking
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Ability to create, manage and deliver compelling content
