As a Care Assistant at Exemplar Health Care, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives. No two days will ever be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

1. Provide personal care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
2. Assist with meals and snacks, making sure residents' dietary needs are met
3. Understand and support residents' individual health and wellbeing needs
4. Encourage residents to participate in social activities and events, promoting a sense of community
5. Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect for all residents
6. Maintain accurate and detailed care records

We're looking for someone who is caring, kind, understanding and calm, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. If you haven't worked in care before, don't worry – we'll provide you with comprehensive training and support.
