About the Job

We are a dynamic recruitment agency specialising in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors across the UK, seeking a Technical Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching new clients to generate new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on the engineering and manufacturing sectors, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and influencing abilities, and be results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and interview high-calibre engineering and manufacturing professionals using various channels.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and approach new clients to generate new business opportunities.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000, depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure.
