Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director Solutions Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a geographically dispersed team and collaborating with sales leadership to develop and execute on sales strategy, technology positioning, and execution priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of solutions engineers to support sales and technology teams in achieving sales goals.
  • Develop and execute on sales strategy, technology positioning, and execution priorities in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Play a key role in evangelizing F5's solutions and thought leadership within and outside of the company.
  • Ensure operational standards are met, including Salesforce record upkeep, Vivun updates, and customer engagements.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
Requirements
  • Experience in a role that requires project management and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud, SaaS-based solutions, SD-WAN, networking, container, and AI technologies.
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work from anywhere in EMEA with 50% travel expected.
