We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our esteemed Private Hospital in Central London, renowned for its exceptional patient care and commitment to employee development.

Role Overview:

This full-time permanent position offers the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of various surgical services, including orthopaedics, robotics, spinal, general, gynaecology, and day case/minor ops.

As a key member of our theatre team, you will contribute to the safe delivery of surgeries, while benefiting from our comprehensive training and development programs that cater to both clinical and leadership aspirations.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, complemented by a welcome bonus, shift enhancements, and extensive benefits package, which includes substantial annual leave, private medical cover, critical illness cover, and more.

Requirements:
  • RGN or ODP Qualified with NMC or HCPC registration
  • NHS or Private Experience (both considered)
  • Experience working in theatres or transferable area
  • Previous senior capacity experience advantageous
