Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of School in monitoring and evaluating the school's Quality Improvement Plan
  • Lead staff development and training initiatives to improve teaching and learning
  • Maintain responsibility for student welfare, conduct, and progress
  • Work in partnership with parents, carers, and external agencies to foster positive relationships and improve pupil achievement
  • Lead and monitor the school curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all students
