Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer Job Description

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join their Instrumentation Department. The successful candidate will report to the E&I Manager and be part of a highly skilled installation, maintenance, and calibration team within a lower tier COMAH facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full life-cycle of chemical plant instrumentation projects from conceptualisation to commissioning, involving various types of instrumentation and control systems.
  • Oversee the modification of plant instrumentation systems via a management of change system.
  • Develop and implement instrumentation documents, including Loop Drawings, I/O Lists, P&ID's, Network architecture Diagrams, Bill of Quantities, and Equipment Schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience managing instrumentation projects in the chemical process or similar regulated industry sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of instrumentation documents and systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
