Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Harnham. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, and driving design innovation to meet business objectives.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Telecommunications company that is fully digital and has a customer base of 5 million. You will be part of a product-led company that views itself as an online community with a great product, offering mobile products including SIMs and broadband products, website and app, communications, and activities with members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of our products, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of design solutions
- Drive design innovation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience
- Proficiency in Figma, with experience in design tools and testing methodologies
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as HotJar, ContentSquare, or Decibel
