Speech and Language Graduate Position

We are seeking a recent graduate with a passion for speech and language to join our team as a graduate speech and language assistant. As a graduate speech and language assistant, you will play a key role in fostering inclusivity within the school, ensuring that no child is left behind.

You will work closely with educational psychologists and speech and language therapists to use your educational background and vibrant personality to encourage engagement and progress for students with EHCPs and SLCN.

The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy and a genuine passion for this line of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with educational psychologists and speech and language therapists
  • Use your educational background and vibrant personality to encourage engagement and progress for students with EHCPs and SLCN

Requirements:

  • Speech and Language/Linguistics graduate preferred – 1st or 2:1 degree ideal
  • Aspirations of becoming a Speech and Language Therapist, or working in a related field
  • Previous experience is welcomed but not essential
