This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of resilience and experience working with students who have come from troubled or difficult backgrounds. You will be working with a group of female students with SEND needs who also present with complex social needs.

About the School

The school is based in the Croydon area of Southwest London and follows a specialist model of therapy to aid in the development of the students. As an Outreach Development Tutor, you will be working in a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with students who have complex social needs and require additional support

  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive support network for students
